Situated in the historical center of Athens, just a stone’s throw away from the Acropolis, «Shedia home» is a top-class café bar restaurant but just as (or even more) importantly is a solidarity and social innovation hub. Different to other restaurants, shops and coffee places, "Shedia Home" is dedicated to people. It was created to support our fellow human beings who are challenged by poverty and social exclusion to support themselves.

Additionally to high-quality coffee blends and (alcoholic or not) beverages, delicious homemade dishes designed by a Michelin star chef, healthy breakfast and brunch as well as great music, guests can browse around our “shedia art” upcycling gift shop, actively participate in upcycling workshops as well as in a wide range of cultural, social and other events that are organized on a regular basis.
